District 13 Conference 2017 was held at Hotel Hilton Nordica in Reykjavik, 14th- 17th of September 2017.
The theme of the conference was “Women on the move”, and refered to the massive and diverse issues raised by the unprecedented migration of people, not the least women and children, in our part of the world. This relates to asylum seekers, fugitives fleeing civil war and other immigrants. There were plenary lectures on the subject and possibly some discussions in a workshop.
