The bylaws and rules of procedure of both Zonta International and the Zonta International Foundation are described in detail in the governing documents. Published every biennium, the governing documents also include the biennial goals adopted at Convention.

The District 13 Conference adopts District 13 Bylaws, rules of procedure and guidelines for the district
The Area 01-04 Meetings adopt area bylaws, rules of procedure and guidelines for the respective area
The clubs decide on their bylaws.
District, Area and Club Bylaws must be in agreement with Zonta International Bylaws.
Each area has its own bylaws, rules of procedure and guidelines.
Dues and Fees
Being a member of Zonta International includes paying annual dues that support all three levels of the organization. Total annual dues include paying International, District and Club dues. District and Club dues costs vary by district and club.
