Zontas History 100 years has been published

The author is Eva Nielsen, member of the Zonta Club of Copenhagen II.
We all know Eva Nielsen as our D13 Governor of the biennium 2014-2016. Before that Eva has served as Club President, Area Director and Lt. Governor.
Eva has been a member of several committees at all levels of Zonta as well, and as a member of the Centennial Anniversary Committee (CAC) she has dedicated the last decade to write this Zonta History.

It is with great pride that Zonta District 13 now sees her work published at the Zonta International 100 years Anniversary website:

The Workshop requires registration at
The District 13 UN and Council of Europe Committee offers a workshop about the way Zonta International can influence the annual Commission on the Status of Women meeting (CSW) at UN Headquarters in New York, and the way we can influence the work with the Equal Rights for Women in the Council of Europe.
Hanne Friis from ZC Aarhus, Ruth Fagerhaug and Astrid Grude Eikseth, both from ZC Trondheim, will tell about experiences of participation in the annual CSW in New York in 2019 and 2017 at CSW63 and CSW61.
Also the current Zonta International projects in collaboration with UNFPA, UNICEF and UN Women will be described in more detail by Ruta Jasioniene from ZC Alytus and Elsemette Cassøe from ZC Aalborg.
Last but not least The Committee members want to have a dialogue with the participants about their work and how they can best communicate with the Zonta Clubs in the District. Hildur Helga Gisladottir from ZC Sunna gives an introduction to this topic.
