Hannah Viller Møller Wins JMK Women in Business Scholarship
| District 13 is proud to announce that Hannah Viller Møller, a promising 23-year-old from Hellerup, has been awarded the prestigious JMK Women in Business Scholarship. Hannah began her academic journey at the University of California, Berkeley in 2020, graduating in May 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Her time at Berkeley was marked by her participation in a unique program that balanced elite athletics and rigorous academic studies, with tennis being her sport of choice. Despite the physical and mental demands of this dual commitment, Hannah excelled in both arenas, earning recognition as an ITA Scholar Athlete and Academic All-American. Notably, she clinched the regional tennis championship in both singles and doubles in September 2023. Her tenure at Berkeley was supported by specialized sports programs. |
| For the 2024-25 academic year, Hannah is pursuing a Master's degree in Economics at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. To fund her education, which includes the cost of living and tuition fees, Hannah applied for and won the JMK Scholarship. She is taking unique courses unavailable in Denmark, such as Principled Finance Leadership and Global Consulting Project. Her ambition is to return to Copenhagen post-graduation to pursue a career in finance, ultimately aiming for a leadership position. She is expected to complete her studies in 2025. |
