D-13 Committees

Zonta International Committees play a key role in assisting Zonta International in achieving the biennial goals in coordination with the Zonta International Board. The President-Elect with the approval of the Zonta International Board appoints committee chairs and members for the next biennium.

District Committees

Zonta International Bylaws (Article XIII, Districts, Section 7. Duties of Officers, and Section 13. Nominating Committee) require that each district have a nominating committee, a bylaws and resolutions committee, a membership committee, a service committee and an advocacy committee

Although not required by the International Bylaws, Zonta International suggests that districts adopt the same program committee structure that Zonta International has adopted.

The incoming governor is responsible for appointing the district committee members for her biennium. The District-13 Committees 2016-18 are described in the menu tittles.
